Club Moral was founded by Anne-Mie Van Kerckhoven and Danny Devos in Antwerp on January 1st, 1981.
For over 10 years, it focused on the presentation of art and live events of an extreme nature.

The main aim of this site is to give an idea of the activities of Club Moral throughout the years. Most of the material therefore is of archival value; biographical notes, list of events and concerts, releases and products, etc.

Use the buttons on the logo to navigate, several pages have sub-divisions.

We are releasing our full Club Moral Stocklist as a podcast. You can subscribe to the podcast using iTunes at the url below, or download individual issues with any web browser. The episodes will be posted at irregular intervals. Current episodes will only stay available for a limited period of time, depending on storage and bandwidth allowed.

As of 2005 the music band Club Moral shortly ceased its activities. The soundworks continued for a while as Bum Collar.

Nowadays Club Moral plays with DDV on vocals, AMVK on electronics, Mauro Pawlowski on drums and Aldo Struyf on bass.

On 16 November 2010 an historical exhibition about Club Moral opened at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp: Club Moral rvstd. It features a diverse offer of original Club Moral material: posters, invitations, photos, cassette tapes, vinyl records, artefacts and the cut-and-paste layouts of the Force Mental magazines. There will also be permanent projections of films by and documentaries about Club Moral, and all audio-releases can be listened to.

To top off this extraordinary event, there is also a facsimile print of all issues of Force Mental in one volume. This edition is for now only available during the opening hours of the exhibition.
